Mortgage Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Employer(s Name, Address and Phone Number for Past 2 Years
  • Personal Tax Returns for the Past 2 Years with All Schedules
  • W-2s for the Past 2 Years
  • If Self-Employed, Provide Last 2 Years Personal and Business Tax Returns with All Schedules Attached
  • Paystubs Covering Wages for the Most Recent 30-Day Period
  • Copy of Valid Driver's License or Government Issued ID with Photo, Full Name, Date of Birth, etc.
  • Last 2 Statements for All Deposit Accounts - Checking, Savings, Money Market, Investment, IRA, 401(k), Profit Sharing
  • Landlord's Name and Address for Past 2 Years

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • Mortgage account information
  • Home insurance policy information
  • Property tax statement
